I’m not like other personal trainers in fact I’m actually more like you. What sets me apart from other personal trainers is I don’t live at the gym. Like most of you I also work a full-time office job in addition to having family and time obligations that lots of people use as excuses for not working out. Exercise has always been a major part of my life, but the older I got the more I understood that I had to work a little harder to continue to build the physique I want. I’ve had to learn to modify my own training program because of injuries and chronic pains that come with old age (I’m 34!). I’ve been a certified personal trainer for over 10 years and in that time I’ve come to realize that people need more than just a “spotter” or a drill sergeant. My clients need more than just a list of exercises to complete. People need motivation, tools and knowledge to get past the road blocks to fitness. Guidance on time management, meal preparation and natural supplementation are only a few of the things that I offer my clients. Beyond that I give solutions to the problems some people like to give as excuses for why they can’t achieve the bodies they want.
