During an initial consultation (skype, facetime or phone) we discuss your current diet and supplementation, weight, activity level and any food allergies or medical complications you might have. I’ll use this information to formulate a new nutrition guide made just for you. Over the course of 8 weeks you’ll will check in with me to chart your progress and I’ll be there to hold you accountable for sticking to the plan.
